We retain a G1/V2 status following a Regulatory In-depth Assessment

We are delighted to announce that Gateway Housing Association has successfully retained its G1/V2 status following a recent assessment by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH).
As a provider of affordable housing, Gateway Housing Association is committed to upholding the highest standards of governance and viability, and the confirmation of its G1/V2 assessment by the regulator is a testament to the association's financial strength and compliance with industry regulations.
The purpose of the Independent Viability Assessment (IDA) is for the RSH to assess whether registered providers are meeting the expectations of the RSH's Economic Standards, which include the Governance and Financial Viability Standard, the Rent Standard, and the Value for Money Standard. G1 is the highest rating a housing provider can achieve, demonstrating that Gateway Housing Association fully meets the RSH's governance requirements.
Kate Franklin, CEO at Gateway Housing, said: "We are proud to have retained our G1/V2 status, and we will continue our efforts to build much-needed homes in East London and provide exceptional services for our customers."
