All our esteemed staff gather in one room to reflect on the past year, honouring their exceptional contributions and achievements, and discussing new initiatives that affect the business.

This year, our HR Team and Apprentices unveiled Project PACE, our newly reformed values that set the standard for how we communicate with the people that make Gateway. Members of staff who have gone above and beyond were also praised for their impact on the business and their departments.
