Hello, I hope you and your families have been safe and well during these times.
As you know, COVID-19 has challenged the way we usually engage and stay connected. So, with a pandemic no one could prepare for, a lockdown that had no end date, and no real idea of what life was going to look like afterwards, we knew that we had to work on and adapt our engagement methods. You’ve told us you’re open to new ways of engaging, and we recognise that what we have done traditionally may no longer be suitable, as times have changed.
We’ve listened to what you’ve told us, and we’ve been working hard in the background to develop a survey that will help form a new approach.
Today we launch our survey called ‘Gateway to Change’. The aim of the survey is for Gateway to get a better understanding of what matters most to you and to continue our ethos of supporting local communities to thrive.
We want to hear from as many of you as possible so the survey will be open for one month. There are also 3 prizes to be won, which will be drawn at random.
Once the survey closes on Monday 27 July 2020, we will start work with an independent consultant to analyse the results and facilitate online workshops. Our findings will then be shared with residents and used to develop our new approach.
