Gateway’s New Romford Developments to Deliver 51 Affordable Homes
Gateway Housing is making great progress on two exciting new developments in Romford, Havering, which together will deliver 51 affordable homes in the heart of the town. Both schemes are ideally located with excellent transport links to central London via the Elizabeth line.
At North Street, Gateway will provide 10 homes for London Affordable Rent and 10 for Shared Ownership, made up of one and two-bedroom flats. Every home will include its own private balcony.
At Angel Way, the development will offer 15 homes for London Affordable Rent and 16 for Shared Ownership, with a range of one, two and three-bedroom flats designed for individuals, couples, and families. Several of these homes will feature one or two balconies, and all residents will have access to a secure cycle store.
Construction work on both sites is progressing well, and we’ll continue to share updates in the coming months as these much-needed affordable homes take shape.
