New Homes, Stronger Communities

Bow green phase 1

New homes on track for completion in April
We’re pleased to announce that two of our developments are on track for completion in April, bringing new, high-quality homes to communities in East London.

Bow Green Phase 1
Delivered in partnership with St William, Bow Green Phase 1 will provide 82 affordable homes, including a mix of London Affordable Rent and Tower Hamlets Living Rent, as well as wheelchair adaptable homes designed to support a range of needs.

Part of a wider regeneration of the Bow Common Lane area, the development transforms a former industrial site into a vibrant new neighbourhood. Alongside new homes, residents will benefit from thoughtfully designed communal spaces and improved public realm, helping to create a place where people can feel connected and part of a growing community.

The wider Bow Green masterplan will deliver over 1,500 homes across multiple phases, alongside green spaces and community-focused amenities. Phase 2, currently in development, will deliver a further 271 homes, including both Social Rent and Shared Ownership, continuing to support housing need in the borough.

Regent’s View, Bethnal Green
At Regent’s View, also delivered in partnership with St William, 84 Affordable Rent homes will be completed in April.

Many of these homes are larger, family-sized properties — including three-, four- and five-bedroom homes — helping to meet the growing demand for space within Tower Hamlets.

Located in the heart of Bethnal Green, the development has been designed to reflect the character of the local area while providing modern, energy-efficient homes. The scheme contributes to the ongoing regeneration of the area, creating high-quality housing that supports long-term community sustainability.

Supporting communities now and in the future
Together, these developments represent a significant step in delivering much-needed affordable homes across East London.

They form part of our wider commitment to supporting thriving communities — providing not just homes, but places where people can build their lives, connect with others and feel a strong sense of belonging.

All homes will be allocated through Tower Hamlets’ nominations process, ensuring they go to residents in the highest housing need.
