Holiday closure
As the holiday season approaches, we would like to inform you of our working hours during Christmas and New Year.
Our offices will be closed on the following days:
- Tuesday, 24 December (Christmas Eve): Closing at 1:00 pm
- Wednesday, 25 December – Friday, 27 December: Closed
- Wednesday, 1 January 2025 (New Year’s Day): Closed
We will resume regular hours on Thursday, 2 January 2025.

If you have an emergency repair during any period that we are closed, you can contact our out-of-hours service at 020 8709 4300.
