Support vouchers for residents in need

In partnership with the Tackling Poverty Team at the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council, Gateway Housing Association are providing £50 vouchers to help eligible residents and families purchase food and other household items. This will help ease some of the recent increases in living costs. The welfare team will be in contact with those residents who are eligible. If you have any concerns or money worries, please get in touch with our Welfare team on 020 8709 4300 or email incomerecovery@gatewayhousing.org.uk
If you need any help or advice with paying your rent/service charge or if you are worried about a change in circumstances due to loss of earnings, please contact us. We can assist with income maximization and tenancy sustainment issues. Please remember not to ignore the problem, as sometimes small debts build up and get out of control. We offer advice and support to our residents, both tenants, and homeowners.
Our dedicated staff secured an additional £184,000 in benefits payments for our residents last year.
We are here to help.
