Gateway Housing supports its residents with the Energy Hardship fund
As the Spring/Summer round of the fund comes to an end, we are proud that we were able to provide cash vouchers for some of our residents who are facing financial hardship.
Residents were given £100 cash vouchers to use towards their energy bills.
One of our residents said:
“I was very overwhelmed. Thank you for the cash voucher – it really helped my financial situation!”
Suad Hersi, Financial Inclusion Co-ordinator, said:
“It was wonderful to help our residents financially. We know so many people are struggling with the Cost-of-Living crisis, and we are committed to providing even more financial support and guidance for those living in our community.”
