Survey of tenants and residents (STAR) results 2021
In September 2021, many of you took part in our survey of tenants and residents (STAR); MEL Research, an independent social and market research company, carried out the survey.
The aim of the survey was for us to understand how you feel about the services we provide. While there are some areas where we are doing well, you’ve identified areas we need to improve, we will be focusing on these in more detail over the year.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the survey. Your views and opinions matter to us. We will use the results and your feedback to help us to shape and improve our services.
