We know that we can do some things better and want to understand what is important, and how we can be more effective for you and deliver the services you want now and in the future.
We have commissioned an independent Market Research Agency called WDG Research to conduct a series of in-depth interviews and focus groups with 50-60 people across our resident population.
Interviews will take place either in your home or in a venue close to where you live and will be conducted by member of WDG Research Team. For you time and feedback, everyone who takes part will receive a shopping voucher for £50 for interviews and £20 for focus groups.
WDG Research are an established company which was founded in 1991 and is a member of the MRS (Market Research Association) and AQR (Association of qualitative researchers). The team and their methods follow all the professional standards and confidentiality regulations set by these professional bodies to ensure that all interviews are anonymous when reported back to us at Gateway.
