16 Days of Activism against Gender-based Violence 25 November to 10 December

Wednesday 25 November 2020 is International Day of Elimination of Violence against Women and the start of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-based Violence.
16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence is an international campaign to challenge violence against women and girls.
Today, women and girls are subjected to many forms of human rights violations, solely on the basis of their gender.
This year, to raise awareness of domestic violence we will be hosting:
- A Free Virtual Domestic Violence Awareness session to raise awareness and provide information and support about gender-based violence. Tuesday 1 December 2020 at 12:30 pm -1:30 pm.
- A Free Virtual Muay Thai Boxing session – you will get the chance to improve your health and fitness, learn self-defence techniques and build confidence. Thursday 3 December for 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm.
