Festive period - Gateway Office Closures
During the festive season, our office opening hours will change. Our teams will still be working hard to support you, but there will be some changes to our usual schedule.
On Christmas Eve (Wednesday 24 December 2025), our office will close early at 1pm.
Our offices will then be closed on the following dates:
- Thursday 25 December 2025 – Christmas Day
- Friday 26 December 2025 – Bank Holiday
- Monday 29 December 2025 – Discretionary Day
- Thursday 1 January 2026 – Bank Holiday
During this period, our emergency repairs service will remain available. If you require urgent assistance while our offices are closed, please contact us on 020 8709 4300. Our contractor, Morgan Sindall, will attend to all urgent repairs throughout the festive period.
