Gateway Residents’ Voice, our new strategic residents' group, plays a key role in shaping and improving the services we provide. Acting as an advisory board, the panel strengthens the relationship between residents, our executive team, and the board.

The group meets quarterly and reviews our performance, raises service concerns, identifies trends, and helps us to focus on what matters most to residents. Their insight and feedback help shape decision making and ensures residents’ experiences are always at the heart of what we do.
