Gateway Residents’ Voice, our new strategic residents' group, plays a key role in shaping and improving the services we provide.
Gateway Residents’ Voice, our strategic residents' group, plays a key role in shaping and improving the services we provide. Acting as an advisory board, the panel strengthens the relationship between residents, our executive team, and the board.
The group meets quarterly and reviews our performance, raises service concerns, identifies trends, and helps us to focus on what matters most to residents. Their insight and feedback help shape decision making and ensures residents’ experiences are always at the heart of what we do.
Gateway Residents Voice Chair, Kaveed Ali, says of the group:
"Members have demonstrated strong levels of engagement and an appreciation of the strategic importance of this forum in strengthening the relationship between residents and Gateway.
Our focus is to make sure all discussions are rooted in resident priorities, and these are reflected in Gateway’s transformation agenda and service delivery".
