Ask the Housing Ombudsman event

Are you dealing with issues related to your social housing landlord? Do you have questions about how to file a complaint effectively?

If so, you're invited to join us at the Town Hall on Monday, October 23rd to learn more about the role of the Housing Ombudsman service.

At this event, you'll have the opportunity to ask the Housing Ombudsman general questions about the service they provide. They can help you if you're unhappy with the way your landlord has handled your complaint or if your landlord has not followed their complaints procedure.

Light refreshments will be served, and the event is open to all tenants either in-person or online.

The event is free, but tickets are required, and attendees must register via Eventbrite using this link: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/ask-the-housing-ombudsman-event-tickets-700289022317.
