Bringing our communities together with Tea and Talk

Our recent ‘Tea and Talk’ sessions on the Isle of Dogs and in Hackney were a success, bringing customers from across our communities together to connect and share their experiences.

Representatives from the Customer Resolution Team, Housing Services, and the Complaints Team were on hand to address queries and provide support to those who needed it.

These informal gatherings provide a relaxed space where customers can discuss their concerns and learn more about our services.

Over the past year, we’ve been working hard to improve our services and reaffirm our commitment to the communities we serve. It’s been great to see so many customers engaging with us and sharing positive feedback.

One customer shared, “Having this level of engagement in our community makes a difference,” highlighting the impact of face-to-face interactions and the importance of being present in our customers' local areas.

Another customer said, “It was so helpful to speak directly with the team and get real-time advice. I left feeling that my concerns were truly heard.”
