Celebrating International Youth Day at Gateway Housing: Project PACE
International Youth Day raises awareness about the challenges faced by youth and ways of overcoming them, as well as highlighting the achievements of young people.
Recently, our apprentices worked closely with our HR department to reinvent PACE, our values that set the standard for how we communicate with the people that make Gateway.
Our new PACE values are Passionate, Accountable, Connected and Excellence.
They designed the new logo and a range of PACE-branded merchandise like hats, water bottles, and tape measures that our Repairs Team uses when on the ground.
“I enjoyed working on this project. We’re all proud of what we’ve achieved, and learned so much about the importance of values that define how we work.” Says Thomas, one of our apprentices.
We’re proud to celebrate the accomplishments of today’s youth and recognise the positive influence that they have on Gateway as an organisation.
