External Property Inspections
Property inspections being carried out by Jones Lang LaSalle
Jones Lang LaSalle is an independent company who have been asked to carry out a number of external property surveys in your area, on our behalf.
Independent surveys are very important to Gateway as they ensure our property records are kept up to date. For 2 weeks, 15 February 2021 – 26 February 2021, there may be a number of separate surveyors conducting external inspections on properties.
For your security, all Jones Lang LaSalle personnel carry their own photographic ID card and you may ask to see this should you have any issues. They will not ask to enter your home as these are external surveys.
Your Housing Management Team has been informed of this exercise and you are welcome to check the validity of this routine visit with them.
