ESOL with Employability and Confidence Building Skills

Start Date: Wednesday 8 January 2020 (8 Weeks)
10am-1pm

•    Improve your reading skills
•    Expand your vocabulary and language 
•    Speak and communicate with confidence 
•    Receive employment support (CV, cover letters, job searching, interview techniques)
•    Recognise and understand your potential

Youth Work

Start Date: Tuesday 14th January 2020 (5 Weeks) 
10am-1pm

•    What is a youth worker?
•    Understand young people and behaviours
•    Develop and build trusting relationships
•    Learn about safeguarding and boundaries
•    How to volunteer and find paid work

Please note once you complete the 5-week course you will progress onto the Childcare course which will start on the 25th February 2020. 

Basic Digital IT

Start Date: Thursday 9th January 2020 (10 Weeks)
10am- 12.30pm

•    Learn how to use Microsoft applications
•    Create an email account 
•    Browse the web
•    Expand your IT knowledge 
•    Learn money-saving tips

Digital IT 60+

Monday 13^th January 2020 (Every Monday)

The Zone, Gateway Housing, E3 4PB

2pm-4pm

• Downloading apps
• Registering for freedom pass
• Paying bills online
• Finding deals
• Cheaper options for utility bills
• Searing the internet.
