Improving the way we communicate with you

At Gateway, we are dedicated to improving our communication with you to ensure you receive the messages and information that matter to you.

 

We want to keep you informed about the latest developments in your community, the support we offer, upcoming customer engagement initiatives, and more.

 

Last year, we introduced our new communications and customer engagement platform, Gateway Voice.

 

If you've recently had a repair done, you might have noticed receiving a customer feedback survey request the day after the work was completed. Alternatively, you may have gotten an email or text message from us about EliHub, where you can access free debt advice. Both of these would have been sent via our Gateway Voice platform.

 

If you receive one of our communications, we hope you find it useful. Additionally, if we contact you for feedback on a service we've provided, we would greatly appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to complete the survey. Listening to our customers' feedback is essential in helping us shape the services we provide.

 

In the coming months, we'll be expanding the use of Gateway Voice ac  ross other key services. We want to keep on top of what is most important to you so we can make sure we're shaping our services, investments, and community work around your needs and priorities.
