Launching our brand-new digital platform

Gateway Voice

Starting December 4th, 2023, we will be launching a brand-new digital platform called Gateway Voice. With this tool, we'll be able to send you personalised messages that are relevant to you and your area and keep you informed about the latest developments in your neighbourhood.

Gateway Voice will also provide an effective way for you to communicate with us, allowing you to share your thoughts on various issues and make it easy for us to listen and act upon what matters to our customers. You can let us know if there is a problem we need to attend to and we'll take care of it promptly where it is our responsibility to do so.
