Resident Involvement Update - It has never been a more important time to be engaged

Can you believe its November already? And we’re in another lockdown, you couldn’t make up the plotline of 2020, even if you were working in Hollywood…

Gateway Housing Association has been committed to our ethos that resident engagement needs to be impactful and meaningful. We launched Gateway to Change over summer, our next step is delivering virtual workshops on engagement, as we want to hear from you and to give you the opportunity to shape the services you receive. We’re offering every resident who attends a £25 voucher per workshop because we value your time and your opinion, click the link to book a session/s https://bit.ly/HowToGetInvolved2020

Resident Involvement leaflet Digital Skills Workshop - Introduction to Zoom

The pandemic and the second lockdown has us relying more on technology to stay in touch with friends and family, to work, and to be interviewed. Communicating via video calls is a big step for many of us, myself included, so I’m pleased to introduce my colleague Nariscia Sherman, Community Investment Coordinator, who has facilitated several free digital training workshops aimed at helping everyone, regardless of age or level of experience. Please email involvement@gatewayhousing.org.uk or call us on 02087094300 to book for a free training session.
