You can now contact us for an appointment as we start to bring our repairs service back to normal.
During the Coronavirus (Covid-19) crisis we've been delivering emergency, urgent, and compliance-related repairs only. We’ve kept in contact with vulnerable residents, and delivered services in the safest ways possible.
We will continue to follow strict safety measures when carrying out repairs, and our repairs teams will wear suitable PPE, clean any surfaces touched and remove any waste belonging to the work they have carried out.
You will need to take some safety precautions before and during a repair appointment including observing social distancing, wearing masks and where possible being in another room whilst the repair is carried out. Please tell us if anyone in your household is ill or is experiencing any symptoms.
You may need to wait slightly longer than usual for an appointment due to the safety measures in place that ensure residents and staff are safe when repairs are carried out.
Whenever possible please report your repair through the Mygateway portal, rather than contacting us by telephone as this will save you time and avoid queuing on the phone. Once your repair has been logged we will contact you to make an appointment.
Thank you for your patience. Please continue to check the website for the latest updates on services.
