Tower Hamlets Free Well Being Sessions

 

It is more important than ever, to look after your mental and physical wellbeing. To support your mental health and wellbeing - on Monday 08 March, Tower Hamlets Council are delivering free virtual well-being sessions, which you can enjoy from the comfort of your homes. To help you live a healthier lifestyle during these uncertain times. 

 

Wellbeing sessions (all session are 30 mins):

  • Pilates and Relaxation session
  • TaiChai
  • Boxexercise (Boxing Workout)
  • Mindfulness - Mindful Story & Nature
  • Fun Basketball Fitness
  • Mindfulness = Breathing exercise & Indian Head Massage
  • Mindfulness - Body Scan Meditation & Nature Sounds Relaxation
  • Chair Based Exercise
