Tower Hamlets - Free Wellbeing Sessions

It is more important than ever, to look after your mental and physical wellbeing. To support your mental health and wellbeing - on Monday 08 March, Tower Hamlets Council are delivering free virtual well-being sessions, which you can enjoy from the comfort of your homes. To help you live a healthier lifestyle during these uncertain times.
Wellbeing sessions (all session are 30 mins):
- Pilates and Relaxation session
- TaiChai
- Boxexercise (Boxing Workout)
- Mindfulness - Mindful Story & Nature
- Fun Basketball Fitness
- Mindfulness = Breathing exercise & Indian Head Massage
- Mindfulness - Body Scan Meditation & Nature Sounds Relaxation
- Chair Based Exercise
