Service Improvement: Two-Hour Repair Arrival Appointment Slots

On Monday 31st October 2022, Gateway launches our Two-Hour Repair Arrival Appointment Slots.
Listening to our residents is the backbone of our Gateway2Excellence Programme. The new 2-Hour Repair Arrival Appointment Slots will deliver a service that enables repairs to be booked and fulfilled more efficiently. By working alongside the busy, modern lifestyles of our residents, the service improvement will provide residents with increased choice, flexibility, and convenience when booking repairs.
Repair Slots
Residents will be offered the choice of four arrival repair appointment slots. These arrival appointments will start from 08:00 AM – 10:00 AM, and finish at 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
