Gateway offers a wide range of rent payment options to suit you. For ease and convenience, we also support you to make your payment online.

How to Pay Your Rent Online at allpayments.net

You can pay your rent at  www.allpayments.net using a credit or debit card.

Following this link will take you off the Gateway page and to that of another provider. Please be assured that this is a secure site. 

Simply log on, enter your rent payment card number and follow the instructions.

MyGateway

You can view and query your rent statement through our online residents portal, MyGateway. This will take you to allpay to make your payment. MyGateway will also allow you to log and track your repairs and update your personal information.

Sign up to MyGateway by calling 020 8709 4300  to set up your account today. It is important you have an email address otherwise we will not be able to set up your account.

From your bank account

Direct debits and standing orders allow us to collect regular payments from your bank account.

To set up a direct debit, complete this form (Set up a Direct Debit)  and return it to our head office:

By phone

You can also pay your rent over the phone.

Automated service - Call 0330 041 6497 and follow the instructions. You will need your rent payment card and debit card to hand when calling. When asked to enter your allpay.net account number you should enter the 19 digit number on the front of your rent payment card.

Call-pay – Our staff are trained to take payment over the phone. Simply call 020 8709 4300 with your rent payment card number. You can pay any amount up to £4,000 by credit or debit card. If the bank authorises your payment, we will give you a confirmation number.

By text

You can now pay your rent by text. Click here to set up your text payment account, including your 'text code', bank details and password.

When you have set up your account you can text 'pay' along with the code you set up, the amount you want to pay and your password (this will be the last four digits of your bank card) to 81025. We will send you a confirmation text.
