Listening to your views
Listening and acting on resident views
Residents' feedback is important to us. We use it to improve and make decisions about the services that everyone receives and to make sure we focus on what is important to residents.
We do this in several different ways:
Through the formal resident groups that make up our involvement framework. The groups meet regularly with Gateway to give feedback on proposed service changes, on on-going performance and service issues and resident priorities.
The groups and ways to be involved are:
- Gateway Residents’ Voice – a strategic resident group that links to Gateway’s Board.
- Resident Forums – service and tenure based groups that look at how we deliver services
- Scrutiny Panel – who review and scrutinise services and make suggestions for improvement.
- Local meetings and drop ins – either in venue near where you live or online
- Week of connections – targeted door knocking of over 500 homes to hear your feedback
- Surveys – we review feedback from surveys and use this to review our services
Times are varied for all activities, including daytime, evenings and weekends and in in person or online
