Surveys

To help get your feedback and to make sure are services are meeting the standards we expect, we send out surveys to everyone once the job or issues have been resolved.

These surveys are sent by email or in the post once a job or issue has been completed on our system. You can let us know how satisfied you are and there is also a comment box.

The surveys we send out are for

  • Repairs
  • Customer Resolution Team
  • Anti-Social Behaviour
  • Complaints

We also conduct the Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey each year. This survey is done by telephone by a company called MEL Research on Gateway’s behalf.

The results are published annually on our website.
