Cleaning

Homeworks Estate Services team provide a quality service to ensure that your estate is maintained to the highest standards as set out in our Cleaning Charter which is displayed on our communual notice boards. As well as carrying out a regular clean of the common parts, our staff will inspect the building and report or deal with issues such as, faulty lighting, graffiti, abandoned cars and the dumping of bulky waste.       

Regular inspections by our estate services manager, housing officers and residents help us monitor the performance of our staff to ensure continual improvement.

Grounds maintenance

Homeworks Estate Services team will ensure that grass is cut on a regular basis, shrubs pruned and hedges clipped. We will remove leaves, spray or remove weeds and monitor the impact of tree growth. We will also check for loose or broken paving slabs, loose or damaged brickwork. More information can be found on our estate cleaning charter.
